We are deeply saddened to share the news that our former Head of Art, Mr Glenn Smart, passed away unexpectedly, but peacefully in his sleep, on Wednesday 4 November, aged 67.

Mr Smart was a much-loved figure within our community and someone who made a lasting impression on generations of pupils and colleagues. He will be remembered not only for his passion for art and teaching, but also for the warmth, character and care he brought to school life and, more recently, through his involvement as a member of our Old Dulwich Prepians’ Alumni Committee.

Our thoughts are very much with his family and friends at this incredibly sad time. We know that this news will be deeply felt by many across our community, who will remember Glenn with great affection and fondness.
